A simple 20 minutes of meditation when you’re feeling overwhelmed. Taking the time in the evening, after a long or intensive day, to take care of your body; take a long shower, facial mask and a manicure. A cup of tea and a piece of chocolate. It can all contribute so much more than we give it credit for. Do not give up on these moments. Don’t sell yourself short.
