I am a ferm believer of positive feedback. There is no need to bash or critisize others, especially when they pour their heart and soul into whatever it is you’ve chosen to judge them on. If you can’t manage to speak up and encourage that person, why speak?
If you can’t make them feel better with your words, why open your mouth and waste your breath? Ofcourse you can give directions or tips, when you are asked to. If your opinion isn’t asked, you aren’t able to say everything that comes into your mind. Weigh your words wisely.
If you can’t find the positive words to share, you should work on that. Don’t implicate that others are too sensitive and you’ve done nothing but speak the truth. Maybe your perspective on things, is the truth to you. Not to others. There are always two sides and the truth.
